Lance Incitti, LPC, CCIP

Lance has been recruiting for over 30 years in security, loss prevention, and safety.  Prior to recruiting, Lance had a prestigious career in the retail loss prevention field as a Vice President for a major retail chain.  He also owned his own retail store.

Lance's knowledge and experience in the corporate business world enables him to relate to the needs of his clients and candidates.

Lance is a graduate of Seton Hall University and was a member of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity.  He gives back to his community through Kiwanis International. He enjoys fresh and salt water fishing.  

Lance has been a Yankee fan since growing up in Williamsport, Pennsylvania the home of little league baseball. He is a die hard Seton Hall basketball fan.

After a administrative position with an insurance company, Ruth owned her own secretarial firm.  She also worked in the family owned retail store.
